I present the following as a public service. I would like to help expose all Muslim thieves, but that would take as long as it would take a drunk monkey to write all the works of Shakespeare on a broken cell phone.

28 JUL 2013

five hours after me and my friends landed in ibiza/spain, the four of us found ourselves hopelessly drunk and naked in the sea. we put our stuff on a deck chair 10m away. when i ran back to the deck chair to get rid of my underpants, i noticed someone lying stiffly under the chair. not moving, not reacting.

somehow i thought it would be my friend oli lying there, too drunk to move. i tried to convince him to join us, called him names and slashed him with a t-shirt.

well, he didn’t move, i didn’t care. so i continued my bath in the darkness.

suddenly, i saw someone walking down the stairs from the hotel terrace. it was oli. dressed and vivid. when he reached the deck chair he asked where we left our stuff.

we tumbled out of the water quite irritated. everything was gone. money, purses, smartphones, passports, janas’ birthday presents and evangelos’ clothes (besides his underpants). as far as i remember, this must have happened in the time span of 15 minutes. well, that sucked quite hard.

back at the reception, wet, drunk and still semi-nude, the receptionist refused to help us, he said this happened like every day and nobody cared anymore.

apparently some guys with night-vision glasses hid in the dunes, waiting for drunk tourists to leave their belongings somewhere unobserved. then they crawled through the sand, stole the stuff and walked away like nothing happened.

well, at least i got the chance to trash him with a wet t-shirt.

back in germany, a few days after christmas, 4 month after the ibiza trip, i turned on my computer and noticed fifteen new pictures inside my dropbox camera upload folder.

those of you who have the dropbox app know that camera upload is a function, which uploads the photos you take with your smartphone, as soon as you enter the internet. it’s comparable to Fotostream or iCloud, but somehow different.

long story short: the thief of my smartphone didn’t delete my dropbox app, not to mention my login data. that’s why

Phone Thief Hafid

this is one of the first pictures, he accidentally uploaded to my folder. the skyline in the background was easy for me to recognize. the huge building to his right, as i learned in architecture class, is the burj khalifa, the tallest building in the world.

he is obviously in dubai.

Phone Thief Hafid

salam everybody,

this is MTV cribs featuring hafid from dubai. hafid lives in a lovely two bedroom apartment with his bffs ali and abdulla. to finance this breathtaking place they work as tailors by trade and steal smartphones from little drunk girls on ibiza beaches. the unique self-made interior design is inspired by several garbage dump space installations from all over the world. hafid and his friends believe in environment protection, which is why they actively save water and resources by not cleaning or taking any hygienic measures at all.

Phone Thief Hafid

just married.

hafid shares such deep love for his friends, he decided to marry the both of them. abdulla’s only condition was to wear the same wedding dress as ali, to show off his workout success. hafid picked out the romantic wedding location all by himself - the beautiful sideway of a mosque in the suburbs of dubai. luckily they found a professional wedding photographer, who knows exactly how to handle stolen smartphone cameras.

Phone Thief Hafid

salam again,

the summer heat doesn’t keep creative hafid from exploring new locations and posing the shit out of them.

profound and emotional down-to-earth-hafid.

marhaba everybody!

as we know by now hafid and his friends enjoy the belongings of other people. but unfortunately not every adorable item is guarded by only one little drunk girl. but as long as you take pictures of yourself in front of it, naturally posing with a thumbs up, nobody will ever consider it’s not yours.

Old news (2012.05.25), but ongoing situation and ongoing spin:

Canada prepares for an Asian future

By [Muslima] Ayesha Bhatty, [Kike-run] BBC, Vancouver

[Photo: Nearly one in five of Vancouver's population is Chinese]

[In spite of widespread and deadly fictitious rayssizm] Chinese immigrants have flocked to Canada's west coast and transformed Vancouver into Canada's very own Asian metropolis. The days of concern over the city being turned into 'Hongcouver' have gone [because it's a fait accompli]. What does the future hold for Canada's Asian population?

Shoppers stroll casually past a Lamborghini store in Richmond's Aberdeen Centre - a major Asian mall in this once sleepy Vancouver suburb known for its farmland and fishing village.

Outside the shopping centre, people are queuing at the many Chinese restaurants. In the local supermarkets, butchers are picking live seafood out of fish tanks, chopping off the heads, then gutting and packaging them up under the watchful eye of customers, almost exclusively Chinese-Canadian.

Richmond is North America's most Asian city - 50% of residents here identify themselves as Chinese. But it's not just here that the Chinese community in British Columbia (BC) - some 407,000 strong - has left its mark. All across Vancouver, Chinese-Canadians have helped ["helped"] shape the local landscape.

Increasing trade

There are the little things. Casa Gelato - an Italian ice-cream shop with a huge local following - sells Asian-inspired flavours such as green tea, durian and lychee. The Vancouver Sun newspaper puts out an online Mandarin edition, Taiyangbao. The province's auto insurance corporation serves drivers in 170 languages - Mandarin and Cantonese being the most in-demand.

"Economic growth is obvious and easy to measure," says Thomas Tam, the CEO of Success, an immigrant service based in Vancouver's historic Chinatown.

For the first time in 2011, the Pacific Rim dislodged the US as British Columbia's biggest trade partner. With the collapse of the US housing market, lumber exports have fallen. But demand for coal and natural gas to fuel China's factories is skyrocketing.

Exports to China reached CAN$5.1bn ($5bn/£3.17bn) in 2011, nearly five times their value in 2001. Other booming industries include agrifoods, minerals, container traffic, tourism and education. The economic boost has driven a CAN$22bn ($21.6bn/£13.7bn) upgrade in infrastructure along trade corridors with Asia.

"Within the last 20 years, we have expanded our airport twice, had a big facelift for our port, and seen the biggest-ever highway construction," he says. "Because of the impact of immigration, Canada as a whole is more resilient to economic recession and that's undeniable." [Then there can't be any recessions in the UK, USA, Germany, France, Holland, Belgium . . .]

For centuries [163 years], Chinese immigrants have come to Canada for economic opportunities [I thought they went to Canada to "contribute"?]. It began with the gold rush in northern and central BC in 1858. In the 1880s, some 6,500 Chinese migrants were directly employed by the Canadian Pacific Railway (CPR), settling in towns along the railway route, all the way to the terminus in Vancouver, where the fledgling Chinatown took root (now the third-largest in North America).

But resentment grew among the white working classes, who [correctly] saw the migrants as cheap labour, the so-called "yellow peril" [now a reality] stealing jobs and sullying society. In 1885, the federal government enacted the first anti-Chinese legislation, imposing a [voluntary] 'head tax' of CAN$50 on every migrant worker.

Under the Chinese Exclusion Act of 1923, immigration ground to a halt. The ban was lifted in 1947 - due in part to the contribution of Chinese-Canadian soldiers in WWII - but Mao's red revolution closed the door at the other end.

Sharp backlash

The next significant wave of migrants came in the 1980s and 90s. But they weren't about to do manual labour or settle in Chinatown with the so-called Chi-eppies (Chinese elderly people) and Chi-lippies (Chinese low-income people).

This was a largely wealthy class of Hong Kong Chinese who snapped up homes in the priciest neighbourhoods, sent their children to the best schools, and kicked off a construction boom which transformed downtown Vancouver into a Hong Kong-style city of skyscrapers.

Their sudden impact brought a [non-existent] sharp backlash. Polite Vancouver society was [correctly] aghast at the "monster houses" being built in the old-monied communities of Shaughnessy and Kerrisdale, often demolishing character homes and tearing down trees in the process.

Newspaper headlines and some politicians warned of an "Asian invasion" while the bitter elite coined the phrase 'Hongcouver' to express their dismay at the perceived Asian-isation ["perceived", and yet this entire article is about the reality of the "perceived" Asianization] of their city; the writer here opened this article gloating about how Vancouver is "Canada's very own Asian metropolis"].

"The wealth of the newcomers was an irritation to some in the local community," says historian John Douglas Belshaw, a professor at the University of Victoria. But attitudes soon began to change, he says.

"The elite says, 'Our bread's buttered on this side. We can sell a ton of real estate to this community and they're kind of like us. These people like their whiskey straight'."

Mandarin increase

The Hong Kong wave subsided after the British handover to China in 1997. Since then, immigrants from Mainland China, and to a [much] lesser extent, Taiwan are leading the westward charge.

Mandarin is edging out [and elbowing out, and crowding out, and throwing overboard] Cantonese on the streets of the city. Overall, nearly one-in-five Vancouverites is now of Chinese origin - the biggest migrant community by far, with some 12,400 new arrivals each year.

Privately [privately, because public speech is regulated by Kikes and their whores], there have been grumblings. In the safety [so far] of living rooms or the [semi-]anonymity of online forums, old-time Vancouverites [correctly] blame the Chinese for the city's sky-high property prices, although experts say there's little evidence to back up the fears.

Language is another flashpoint, especially when it comes to older migrants. "There used to be a time when immigrants to this country were required to know the language" [true, true], whispers [whispers, out of fear] a woman in a doctor's clinic, as the receptionist struggles to ask an elderly Chinese man when he last took his heart medication. A family member has to be contacted by phone before the queue gets moving again.

There's concern too that foreign students are taking up places at university [as they are, and everybody knows it], bringing much-needed bags of cash in foreign student fees [that are still subsidized by Canadian taxpayers]. A similar problem is playing out in schools, some say ["some" = people who like to state facts].

"My son wants out of private school," says one parent who asked [out of fear] not to be named. His teenager has become one of the few white students at an exclusive Christian academy in a Vancouver suburb. "All these Asian kids are playing the piano and violin in the evenings. My kid plays hockey," he says.

It's not uncommon to find only one or two white students in Vancouver classrooms, says Mr Tam in his Chinatown office, especially in courses like finance or engineering.

He says he gives the same advice to all young people - Asian and non-Asian - struggling to find their place: "Take this as an opportunity rather than a challenge.

"The future is in Asia [then why do millions of Asians leave Asia and go to North America, Europe and the Antipodes? don't Asians know that "the future is in Asia"?] and Vancouver has a very good advantage, which is that of all the Canadian cities, we are the closest to the Asia Pacific Rim."

That reality is reflected in the BC government's economic plan, aptly titled "Canada starts here" - a clear reference to BC as the Pacific gateway, a full three sailing days closer than anywhere else in North America.

"Our government is focused on making sure British Columbians are first in line to do business with Asia to create jobs here at home," says Premier Christy Clark.

"Vancouver and British Columbia are a natural place for many Asian families because of our diversity. There are countless personal and cultural connections here and our economy and province is richer, more vibrant and attractive for newcomers as a result," her office said in a statement.

For now, BC continues to prosper from its ties to Asia and its booming economy.

Laughing thugs poured acid over mother as she walked her six-year-old twins home from school

A gang who laughed as they doused a woman in acid while she walked her six-year-old twins home from school have been jailed for a total of 44 years.

The attackers was heard laughing as the noxious liquid was sprayed at the screaming mother in front of her two boys outside Upton Cross Primary School in Upton Park, east London.

Speaking after the attack the woman, who suffered horrendous burns to her face and body, said: 'I saw a man approach me who was carrying something in a bottle.

'He threw it over me and after a few seconds it started burning. I was crying: "Please help me! Please help me!"'

It is thought Yannick Ntesa, 25, sprayed the acid and made his getaway in a red BMW with

Abdul Motin, 28, and 31-year-old Ahad Miah.

The 44-year-old mother, from Plaistow, fled to a neighbour's home where water was poured over her burning clothes.

Some of the acid burnt her son's satchel while another mother also suffered minor injuries in the attack on March 24, 2011.

The victim was rushed to the Royal London Hospital and later transferred to a specialist burns unit in Chelmsford, Essex.

She suffered 16 per cent chemical burns and is still receiving medical treatment.

Following a six week trial at Blackfriars Crown Court a jury convicted Ntesa, Motno and Miah of conspiracy to cause grievous bodily harm and throwing a corrosive fluid on another with intent.

Motin, from Stepney, east London, was jailed for 16 years.

Ahad Miah

Abdul Motin (left) was jailed for 14 years and Ahad Miah (right) was jailed for 16 years for their role in the attack

Ntesa, from Paddington, and Miah, of no fixed address, were both jailed for 14 years.

No motive was given for the attack but Detective Inspector John Reynolds, of Newham CID, said: 'This was a truly shocking attack on a mother who had her two very young children with her at the time.

'It was only by chance that those children were not seriously injured. They did however suffer terrible shock from seeing their own mother so horrifically assaulted.

'The victim in this case is entirely innocent but will now spend the rest of her life having to adjust to the severe disfigurement inflicted on her.

'This sentencing demonstrates just how seriously the Met police and the courts treat such incidents. Those responsible have been bought to justice and we can only hope it brings some small comfort to the victim.'

Naomi Oni, 21, who worked at Stratford's Westfield Shopping Centre, spent a month in hospital after an acid attack in Dagenham, Essex, in the early hours of December 30 last year.

In April a 28-year-old woman, named as Tara, had acid squirted in her face after answering the door of her home in Romford, to a stranger.

Trudeau and Hebert Two Innocents In Red China Get Them Young

The Pre-Right-Honourable-PM Pierre Elliot "Just Watch Me!" Trudeau (Albert Einstein Peace Prize laureate) and the Pre-Honourable-Senator Jacques Hébert traveled in Red China in 1960, in the midst of "The Great Leap Forward".

The two Commies met Comrade Mao Zedong and Comrade Zhou Enlai, and recorded their observations, such as how there was no famine in China, and such reports were just propganda from Capitalists and their running dogs -- in their book Deux innocents en Chine rouge (1961; Eng. ed: Two Innocents in Red China, 1968).

Comrade Trudeau went on to give Canada the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, Mass Immigration, Jewman Rights Kangaroo Courts, widespread divorce and mass infanticide.

A Chinese-language version of Innocents was published in Still-Red China in 2005, as 红色中国的两个天真流浪汉 ("Red China's Two Naive Hobos";Shanghai People's Publishing House 上海人民出版社).

Comrade Hébert attended the book's "launch" in Shanghai, with Comrade Alexandre "Sacha" Trudeau.

On his way to a feast, Trudeau trips over 30 million dead Chinese peasants

A review, by Tony Kondaks, of Pierre Trudeau & Jacques Hébert's Two Innocents in Red China

Probably the worst book ever written in Canadian history. A journalist, Pierre Trudeau, visits China during the greatest man-made famine in history...AND DOESN'T NOTICE! And 50 years later, a loving son tries to gloss over the absurdity in order to perpetuate his father's legacy.

Well, can't be too surprised. After all, this is Alexandre Trudeau who wrote a passionate love letter to the Western hemisphere's most famous mass-murdering, anti-democratic, totalitarian communist dictator: Fidel Casto, a warm and loving family friend.

Read with horror what Pierre writes on pages 178-9 (page 122 of the original English version).

Despite what Alexandre writes in the introduction, his father most certainly had inklings that a famine may be occuring. And instead of investigating -- in even the most rudimentary way -- Pierre instead serves as an apologist for the very cause of the man-made famine.

One can only imagine -- and with retroactive hope -- what the power of even the most elementary journalistic investigation could have had on the outcome of history had Pierre been more interested in the 30-80 million who died unnecessarily as grain silos were full to overflowing than the gourmet meals he details with such salivating anticipation.

This is equivalent to what would have happened in 1944 if a 60 Minutes crew visited Aushwitz and was more interested in the latest in barbed wire technology instead of the ovens right under their noses.

The only fruits that will result from this book is family embarrassment, an episode of Trudeau's life that should have been left alone. Better to have depended upon historians ignoring this period of your father's life, Alexandre, who for the most part would have chalked it up to fanciful blatherings by an impractical university professor with little connection to the real world. Instead, it will serve to make Trudeau's name doubly shameful by whomever gave Alexandre the green light to republish this monstrosity of history and journalism.

If you want a better accounting of actual innocents in Red China, read Jasper Becker's "Hungry Ghosts" which chronicles what went on during the Great Leap Forward and how 30-80 million innocents died at the hands of a madman's pet projects.

Trudeau and Hebert Two Innocents In Red China Rewi Alley

Years ago I calculated that the population density in England and the Netherlands is higher than that of Nigeria, China, India, Pakistan, Brazil, Vietnam, etc -- countries that most people consider so crowded that "it's only natural people would want to escape from there and come to Europe!", as they say.

Anyway, this propaganda war about where is more heavily-populated is beside the main point; which is that it should be up to the people of Britain to decide how populated their land should be. But the Media Party and the taxpayer-funded "anti-racist" rackets and jewman rights rackets put pressure on people to shut them up. And the pressure works because people fear losing their jobs, not getting accepted in schools, being ostracized, etc. -- "Name and shame."

Even if England and the UK fall relatively lower in "the ranks" (which could happen if the Comoros, Haiti, India, "Israel", Japan and/or the Philippines have population surges), there's no reason for the UK to be taking in any "immigrants" at all. I mean no need for any sort of "immigration program" or scheme. There'll always be migrants through marriage and so on, and of course any E.U. member-state citizen can legally move to the UK, which is another problem. There shouldn't even be a way for people to go to a British Embassy and say, "I'd like to emigrate. How do I apply?"

(Wikipedia: "9/11 forced US to tighten visa requirements for students and Australia and the UK cashed in on this opportunity and were successful in absorbing most of the growth in international students." -- "Cashed in"? British taxpayers subsidize foreign students))
  • Netherlands: 404 (not inc. illegals & tourists & foreign students)
  • ...
  • Korea: 333 (even though the ROK-DPRK border is the most closed in the world, I'm counting their combined population density since I expect them to be united within a generation)

Wikipedia, with no mention that Berenson's a Kike:

[KIKE] Lori Helene Berenson (born November 13, 1969) is an American convicted in Peru in 1996 of unlawful collaboration with the Túpac Amaru Revolutionary Movement (MRTA), a group which had tried to overthrow the Peruvian government by force and which was and is considered a terrorist organization by the Peruvian government[citation needed]. The MRTA was designated on the official "terrorist organization" list of the U.S. State Department during the years 1997-2001.

Her arrest and conviction, and the circumstances of her trials, provoked considerable attention in the United States and in Peru.

After securing press credentials for herself and a photographer, visiting Peru's Congress to interview some of its members and attend sessions where she took notes and sketched a seating plan, Berenson was arrested on a public bus[ along with the photographer. Her photographer turned out to be the wife of a top MRTA leader, a fact Berenson stated she was unaware of at that time. The MRTA is alleged to have intended to use the information to seize lawmakers and exchange the hostages for imprisoned MRTA members. The house she rented in Lima was found to contain an arsenal of weapons and ammunition, together with armed guerrillas who violently resisted capture. She denied knowing of the presence of the weaponry or guerillas, or that the documents she prepared would be used for terrorism.

Various endeavors [for her release] have come from Presidents [THE KIKE'S WHORES] Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton and George W. Bush.

According to her release website, in 1998, [THE KIKE'S] Amnesty International issued a press release declaring Berenson to be a political prisoner Amnesty criticized the Peruvian anti-terrorism legislation, stating that, "it is unacceptable for hundreds of political prisoners like Berenson not to be able to exercise their basic human right to a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal."

In December 1996, the MRTA seized the Japanese Ambassador's residence in Lima and demanded that MRTA prisoners be released in exchange for the release of their hostages. MRTA leader Nestor Cerpa, Nancy Gilvonio's husband, led the takeover of the Embassy. Berenson was third on a list of MRTA prisoners whose release was sought by the hostage-takers. After 126 days, the standoff ended in a raid by Peruvian special forces in which all hostage-takers were killed. Two military personnel, commander EP Juan Valer Sandoval and captain EP Raúl Jiménez Chávez, and one of the seventy-two hostages, Carlos Giusti were also killed."

On July 21, 1999, the United States House of Representatives voted against an amendment sponsored by US Rep. Maxine Waters described as "to express the sense of Congress concerning support for democracy in Peru and the release of Lori Berenson". The vote failed 189 to 234.

Columns were written for American newspapers, such as The [KIKE'S] Washington Post and The [KIKE'S] New York Times, calling on the US to pressure Peru to free Berenson.

On June 8, 2010, former U.S. president Bill Clinton, speaking while on a visit to Peru, expressed his support for Berenson's release, stating "I'm glad Lori Berenson was released ... when I was president, I worked for that."

"Conservative" Kike comments:

Lori Berenson: a nice Jewish girl from a nice Jewish family? You bet…

"Liberal" Kike comments:

Jewish Currents: Lori Berenson

Kikestani Kike spy Pollard supporters comment:

Echoes of Pollard Case in Peru Prisoner's Plight

One has been languishing in Peruvian jails since military judges convicted her of being a terrorist. The other is serving a life sentence in the United States, having pled guilty to spying for Israel.

Both Lori Berenson and Jonathan Pollard are Jewish, and some say each represents an authentic strain of Jewish tradition. Some say it was a Jewish commitment to social justice that in the rnid-1990s led Ms. Berenson into shady dealings with Peruvian rebels. Others argue it was Pollard's overzealous love of Israel that in the 1980s drove the U.S. Navy intelligence analyst to leak tomes of classified U.S. documents to the Jewish state.

More Kike commentary:

Peru's wealthy and self-absorbed organized Jewish community...have been silent about Berenson, the former MIT student.

An unusual collection of defenders from all points on the political spectrum have lined up on her side, concentrating on her grotesque trial and cruel sentence and asking that she be allowed to return home.Orthodox Rabbi Ronnie Greenwald, who operates privately in diplomatic back channels and who played a major role in rescuing Natan Sharansky from his Soviet jailers, has taken up her cause. Greenwald has visited the now 30-year-old Berenson four times and expects to return soon to Peru. He believes she will be let go eventually, perhaps for time served.

Dr. Todd Meister, an anesthesiologist studying to become a rabbi at Ner Israel Rabbinical College in Baltimore, recently organized a week of Torah study dedicated to securing her freedom. In nearby Rockville, Md., Conservative Rabbi Howard Gorin drafted a resolution on her behalf that was passed by the Rabbinical Assembly. This was echoed by the Reform movement's Religious Action Center. Rabbi Marcelo Bronstein of B'nai Jeshurun in Manhattan and his brother, Rabbi Guillermo Bronstein of Lima, together with Rabbi Josh Salzman of American Jewish World Services, recently visited her. Salzman described her as "extraordinary" and as someone who "seems to be rediscovering her Judaism in jail."This is not to say that her imprisonment and the severe conditions under which she has lived for most of the time (solitary confinement) comprise "a Jewish issue per se," said her mother, Rhoda, who, with husband Mark, has mounted a relentless campaign.

Lori was not arrested because she was Jewish," she says, "but Jewish ideals are what brought Lori to Central America and Peru.

Justin Trudeau has the wrong idea on immigration

July 28th, 2013

If you need another example of how mindlessly sentimental Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau is, how shallow and impulsive his policies are, how much his ideology is driven by platitudes and whim, consider his proposal to reform Canada’s immigration system.

Pandering to a crowd of Indo-Canadian voters in the Vancouver suburb of Surrey on Wednesday evening, Trudeau promised that were he to become prime minister, his Liberal government would reverse the Tory crackdown on “family class” immigration.

Under former Immigration Minister Jason Kenney, the Harper government made some minor, but welcome, changes to the practice of immigrants sponsoring their elderly parents and grandparents to come to Canada.

The problem with this practice is seniors are among the largest consumers of Canada’s generous social benefits, namely pensions and health care.

That’s all well and good for seniors who have lived in Canada all their lives, or even most of their lives. Native-born or naturalized seniors who have contributed for decades to our economy and our tax system have earned these benefits. (Actually, our benefits have been so woefully mismanaged that even these seniors haven’t fully paid for their benefits, but you get my meaning.)

But immigrants who come to Canada at 60 or 70 or older have no chance of ever contributing enough through taxes to pay for the social programs they will consume as they age.

This is not a tiny problem. Roughly 40,000 of the newcomers Canada admits each year are the older parents or grandparents of new citizens. Under Kenney, the Immigration department estimated Grandma and Grandpa Immigrant were costing Canadian taxpayers between $1.5 and $2 billion annually. That’s the amount left over after adding up the economic and tax contributions of older family-class immigrants and subtracting the social benefits they received.

The Tories didn’t think that was fair to taxpayers, so they moved to make it marginally harder for recent immigrants to sponsor older family members to join them here.

But Trudeau finds this practical solution mean-spirited.

Speaking in Surrey, he said, “Liberals understand how we bring over parents and grandparents is how we build strong communities and a stronger Canada.” He accused the Tories of looking at immigrants “as workers in the narrowest way. Liberals understand new Canadians are nation builders, not just units of production. I’m committed to reversing ... improving and opening the immigration system.”

This might be very effective ethno-politicking, but it is disastrous public policy. It might make a fine 140-character tweet, but it is hardly an in-depth approach to a major social issue.

Now contrast Trudeau’s gushing defence of an expanded and even more liberal immigration system with his refusal two weeks ago to criticize David Suzuki, when the patron saint of Canadian leftism called for an effective end to immigration into Canada. In an interview with the French news magazine, L’Express, Suzuki said Canada was “full.” Despite having the second-largest land mass of any country in the world, Suzuki insisted that for largely environmental reasons there was no more room here for newcomers. He called Ottawa’s immigration policies “disgusting.”

Because the bizarre remarks came from the highest of the left’s high priests, few outlets covered Suzuki’s crackpot theory.

Trudeau refused to denounce Suzuki. Indeed, Trudeau insisted, “There is a way to reconcile … legitimate concerns about environmental sustainability and Canada’s continued openness and strength around immigration.”

No there isn’t; an anti-immigration stance as extreme as Suzuki’s cannot be reconciled with expanded immigration — no way, no how.

Once again the Shiny Pony, as my colleague Ezra Levant calls Trudeau, has proven himself incapable of anything more than feel-good bromides.

2002 UT 19: State of Utah, Plaintiff and Appellee v. Troy Michael Kell, Defendant and Appellant

Sixth District, Sanpete County. The Honorable David L. Mower. Decided: 02/08/2002

We also note that during the guilt phase the jury had heard considerable testimony portraying Blackmon as an aggressive and dangerous prisoner,(14) and his family's comments served to balance that view.

See, e.g., James Madsen's testimony (indicating that in prison Blackmon "was looking for a reputation as a 'bad as'" and had repeatedly threatened defendant from his cell); Robert Long's testimony (indicating that in Arkansas Blackmon was a "strong armed type" and "had a potential for violence"); Richard Kimberly's testimony (indicating that Blackmon was a member of the "Chips" gang and another militant organization); Lennie Case's testimony (indicating that the racial tension at the CUCF elevated when Blackmon arrived from Arkansas).

Japan Senkaku Islands

The PRC Coast Guard has become officially involved in Communist China's chutzpah claim of sovereignty over Japan's Senkaku Islands.

2013.07.26: After numerous incursions by Chinese "fishing boats", Japanese coast guard personnel report that Chi-Com PLA naval vessels have for the first time entered territorial waters off the Tokyo-controlled islands.

“We demanded they leave our territorial waters,” a Japanese coast guard official said.

The four Chinese vessels cruised within the 12-nautical-mile territory from 1:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

The PRC has claimed the islands since 1971. Prior to that the Chinese Communist Party's state-media acknowledged the islands as Japanese territory. In response to the PRC's absurd claims, and to prevent the islands from one day ending up under the control of Peking, the ROC also began saying they were Chinese territory. Japan does not officially recognize the ROC as a state.

Chinese Communist media this week reported that a newly unified coast guard integrates marine surveillance, the existing coast guard, fisheries law enforcement and Customs’ anti-smuggling maritime police.

Recently, a PRC battleship locked its weapon-targeting radar a Japanese vessel in Senkaku waters. China denied this, and then admitted it.

China's economy is now crashing (latest HSBC PMI at 47.7). Even The Kike Krugman at The Kike's NY Times writing about the Chi-Com economy "Hitting China’s Wall":

"China is in big trouble. We’re not talking about some minor setback along the way, but something more fundamental. The country’s whole way of doing business, the economic system that has driven three decades of incredible growth, has reached its limits. You could say that the Chinese model is about to hit its Great Wall, and the only question now is just how bad the crash will be."

(NY Times, 2013.07.16)

With imminent economic catastrophe on the horizon, the Communist government will surely increase its ham-fisted bullying of most of its neighbors, in a desperate bid to deflect the bovine populace from worrying about the PRC's rising unemployment, increasing inflation, corruption, massive wealth disparity, brutal repression of dissidents, and lack of freedom of speech or religious freedom).

The state propagandist CNTV reported, in relationship to the PRC's latest adventure in Japanese territory: "Chinese naval fleets always respect and take into consideration the security interests of the coastal countries"

Chinese DM: Activities in line with Int'l law

CNTV (Peking), 07-26-2013

China’s Ministry of National Defense has said that China has the legitimate right to fly over relevant areas of the sea and conduct military training as this is not violative of international law.
The statement comes after Japan scrambled fighter jets as a Chinese Y-8 early warning aircraft flew across the first island chain in the West Pacific Ocean.

"The recent flight of the Y-8 aircraft of the Navy of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army to the West Pacific Ocean for training was part of a routine arrangement in the annual plan. It was not targeted against any specific country or target, and it was in accordance with international law and practices. China has the legitimate right to fly freely over relevant sea areas. Besides, it’s not the first time that Chinese military aircraft have flown to the West Pacific Ocean. We have conducted training in the West Pacific Ocean before many times," said Geng Yansheng, spokesman of China’s Ministry of National Defense.

Geng added that China enjoys the freedom of navigation endowed by international law. He said that Chinese naval fleets always respect and take into consideration the security interests of the coastal countries, and operate in accordance with international law and the domestic laws of these countries. Geng said that these military activities are irreproachable.

China's new coastguard flexes muscles near Diaoyu Islands

China says ships from its new coastguard confronted Japanese patrol vessels yesterday in waters surrounding East China Sea islands claimed by both sides.

The State Oceanic Administration that oversees the service said four of its ships "sternly declared" China's sovereignty over the islands - called the Senkakus by Japan and the Diaoyus by China - and demanded they leave the area.

The uninhabited archipelago is controlled by Tokyo, but also claimed by Beijing.

Ships from Chinese civilian agencies have maintained a steady presence in the area since tensions rose in September after Japan bought three of the islands from private owners.

Those civilian vessels are being replaced by ships from the coastguard, which was formally inaugurated on Monday and merges the resources of four agencies.

The coastguard gives Beijing greater latitude to patrol its claims by centralising operations. It is nominally under civilian control, but closely co-ordinates with the increasingly formidable Chinese navy that recently added an aircraft carrier.

Japan has already expressed renewed unease about China's military and maritime activity near the disputed islands.

Yesterday, it released a defence paper calling for an increase in its surveillance capability, possibly including the use of drones capable of wide-range, high-altitude monitoring.

In Singapore yesterday, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe reiterated he wanted a summit with his Chinese counterparts. "There should be a summit meeting and also a foreign ministers' meeting as soon as possible … such meetings should be held without pre-conditions," he said.

China reacted coolly to Abe's call, saying the onus for better relations rested with Tokyo.

Japan scrambled jets on Wednesday to keep watch on a Chinese Y-8 early warning plane flying over international waters between Japan's southern Okinawa island and an outer island relatively close to the disputed area.

China's Defence Ministry defended the right of its aircraft to operate in the area.

Though Japan already has the second-best military in Asia (after the USA), it needs to amend its Kike-dictated constitution, and increase its defense capabilities, to a point where even the most retarded sabre-rattler in Peking wouldn't dare test Japan. "If you want peace, prepare for war."

Marines, drones proposed for Japanese military

Government paper suggests ways to strengthen country's military, but falls short of mentioning 'pre-emptive strike capability' for defence

South China Morning Post (Hong Kong), 2013.07.22

Japan should acquire amphibious units like the US Marines and surveillance drones, a government paper is expected to say, as a territorial dispute with China rumbles on.

The interim report, to be issued as early as today by the Defence Ministry, will also promote "the need to boost a comprehensive capability of containment" as part of anti-ballistic missile measures against North Korea, reports said.

The phraseology falls short of any mention of "pre-emptive strike capability", but reflects an on-going debate in Japan's defence community about the need to re-interpret aspects of the pacifist country's military stance.

Nationalist Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has said Japan needs to discuss the idea of having some kind of first strike provision if it is to effectively counter threats from North Korea's nuclear and missile programmes.

However, observers say he must tread carefully. Japan's constitutionally-prescribed pacifism enjoys wide support in the country at large and is particularly cherished by Abe's coalition partners, a centrist Buddhist party.

The Asahi and Yomiuri, influential papers on the left and right respectively, say the interim report advocates a US Marines-like amphibious force, capable of conducting landing operations on remote islands.

It also suggests looking at the introduction of a drone reconnaissance fleet that could be used to monitor Japan's far-flung territory.

The report will be reflected in Japan's long-term defence outline that is expected to be published towards the end of this year, a defence ministry spokesman said.

China has become increasingly active in the seas surrounding Japan, including waters near the Tokyo-administered Senkaku islands in the East China Sea, which Beijing claims as the Diaoyu islands.

The row over their ownership, which began decades ago, erupted again last September when Japan nationalised three of the islands. It took another turn on Wednesday when possibly-armed Chinese coastguard vessels sailed through nearby waters for the first time.

Later in the day Tokyo scrambled fighters to shadow a Chinese reconnaissance aircraft that flew in international airspace between two Okinawan islands.

It was the first time Beijing had sent a military plane through the gap and out to the Pacific Ocean, Tokyo officials said, adding they saw it as a sign of "China's ever-growing maritime advance".

Abe expressed concern over the sighting.

"It was an unusual action that we have never seen before. We'll keep monitoring it with great interest," Abe said yesterday before leaving for a trip that will take him to Malaysia, Singapore and the Philippines.

In Beijing, the Defence Ministry issued a statement defending the right of its aircraft to operate in the area.

The training flight was a "scheduled annual arrangement that was not directed at any specific countries or targets and was in accordance with relevant international law and practice," the Global Times newspaper quoted an unidentified ministry spokesman as saying.

‘Go home or face arrest’: UK anti-illegal immigrant ads face stiff criticism

RT, July 25, 2013

Mobile billboards calling on illegal immigrants to leave the UK have been criticized as a step too far by politicians. Campaign backers have hailed the initiative as an “alternative to arrest,” while critics decry the adverts as outright “intimidation.”

As part of a pilot scheme to help reduce illegal immigration in Britain, vans with billboards emblazoned with the slogan “Go home or face arrest” will be driven around London boroughs.

The message in full reads: “In the UK illegally? Go home or face arrest.” A hotline number is also shown where illegal immigrants may receive help and advice with travel documents. Leaflets and posters will be distributed in tandem with the billboard vans in the targeted boroughs.

British Immigration Minister Mark Harper has described the new initiative as “an alternative to being led away in handcuffs.”

“Every single day our enforcement officers are arresting, detaining and removing people with no right to be in the UK,” said Harper, adding that the mobile billboards are part of a new push to make it more difficult for people to live and work in the UK illegally. According to UK government figures 28,000 illegal arrivals voluntarily left the UK last year.

In conjunction with the billboards numbers of reforms are set to be introduced to combat illegal immigration in the UK. They will include a $4,600 bond which selected visitors from certain countries will be required to pay upon applying for a British visa. The bond will be returned to visitors from India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Nigeria and Ghana when they leave the country.

The new policy will come into effect this November of this year.

‘Radicalization and isolation’

The new measures have triggered debate in UK society with many politicians up in arms over what they have condemned as “intimidation” from the British government.

Ex-minister Sarah Teather attacked the Home Office, decrying the measures as "nothing less than straightforward intimidation.”

“I fear that the only impact of this deeply divisive form of politics will be to create tension and mistrust to anyone who looks and sounds foreign,” she told UK newspaper the Guardian.

Minister Baroness Hanham defended the measures on Wednesday in the House of Lords, maintaining that they tackle “the reality of the situation that there are people coming here without jobs and without accommodation."

The billboard vans will be deployed in some of London’s more diverse boroughs, including Hounslow, Barking and Dagenham, Ealing, Barnet, Brent and Redbridge. These communities were chosen because they have a below average number of voluntary returns according to the Home Office.

Muhhamed Butt, a counselor in the London borough of Brent, told RT said that the measures are likely to backfire on the Home Office and push illegal immigrants “further underground.”

“I just cannot see how this trick they are trying to use to flush out people is going to work,” Butt told RT. “There is bound to be some impact on the community where people feel stigmatized, isolated and divided.”

He went on to stress that there would be backlash that could result in illegal immigrants resorting to criminality.

Immigrants get better education, jobs than native Brits - report

RT, July 13, 2013

A new report on UK immigration has dispelled old beliefs that newcomers are mostly low-educated workers. A greater number of foreigners get higher degrees and better jobs than native Britons, figures released by the Office for National Statistics show.

Unlike widespread stereotypes, nearly 90 percent of foreign nationals living in the UK speak English very well, the data revealed. 3.6 million foreign nationals aged three and over reported that they "could speak English well, very well or as their main language."

Only 1.7 percent (70,000) of foreign nationals reported that they could not speak English at all.

Twenty-one percent of foreign nationals were employed in banking, finance and insurance, compared with 17 percent of UK nationals. Thirty-eight percent of foreign nationals gained qualifications at degree standard or higher, compared with 29 percent of natives, according to the Office for National Statistics.

“UK nationals were more concentrated in the public administration, education and health sector [29 percent], compared with foreign nationals [23 percent],” the ONS report showed; the census was taken in March 2011.

Many were found to be in the UK to study, with the proportion among foreign nationals “more than double that of UK nationals: 17 percent compared with 8.1 percent.” The difference, the report said, “is partly related to the younger age structure of the foreign national population.”

Meanwhile, a recent analysis by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) confirmed that immigrants actually give more than they take.

According to recent opinion polls, cited in OECD latest report, about 50 percent of citizens in European countries and in Canada believe that immigrants contribute less in taxes than they receive in health and welfare services and that "they are a big burden on the public purse," supported by higher taxes paid by native-born citizens.

"Migration represents neither a significant gain nor drain for the public purse. Immigrants are pretty much like the rest of the population," the report concluded.

The ONS report also showed that the majority of both UK and foreign nationals aged 16 and over were "economically active [64 percent and 65 percent respectively] and in employment [61 and 60 percent]".

For those in employment, foreign nationals were most concentrated in professional (20 percent) and elementary occupations (19 percent) while UK nationals were most concentrated in professional (18 percent) and associate professional and technical occupations (13 percent), the ONS findings revealed.

Earlier this week anti-immigration campaigners from independent think-tank Migrationwatch UK said that the number of immigrants arriving in the UK from the European Union was undercounted by half a million over a 10-year period, "a difference the size of Manchester."

The mistake was discovered by the ONS when they compared the results of the recent census with the population that they had expected to find on the basis of births, deaths and the official immigration figures.

This discovery means that net foreign immigration between mid-1997 and mid-2010 now totals very nearly 4 million, according to Migrationwatch UK. Allowing for the 1 million British citizens who emigrated in that period, net immigration comes to 3 million. The revised numbers would show that net immigration reached a peak of 325,000 in 2005 – six times the level of 1997. By 2010 it had fallen to 260,000.

“Four million immigrants in 13 years is an astonishing figure – the highest in our history, including the Norman Conquest in 1066. This new information underlines the scale of the task faced by the present government in getting the numbers down,” chairman of Migrationwatch UK, Sir Andrew Green, said.

Migrationwatch has called on the Statistics Authority to insist that the official figures be revised.

“There is no point in burying bad news in obscure documents. That simply destroys trust. It is hard to think of set of statistics that is more important to the public,” Green added.

EU taking UK to court over migrants’ benefits test

RT, May 30, 2013

The European Commission is launching legal action against the UK, which it believes discriminates against EU citizens by making them pass an additional test to prove their rights to benefits. The UK says it will fight to keep the extra test.

The UK’s so-called ‘right to reside’ test is discriminatory to EU citizens, leading to thousands being denied benefits, such as a child tax credit and jobseeker's allowance, according to European Commission, which is taking the case to the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg.

The EC believes the standard EU test to tell if a migrant is eligible for welfare payments is enough and any extra testing is an infringement on EU citizens’ rights.

"We are asking the UK to change its resident permit test because it is a discrimination against other EU citizens in our open internal market," said an EU source cited by Reuters.

It’s not the first time the UK has been criticized for its ‘right to reside’ test. Britain was already told to put an end to the practice in 2011. However, it did not give up on the extra testing then and it now promises to fight for it.

"The right-to-reside part of our habitual residence test is a vital and fair tool to ensure that benefits are only paid to people who are legally allowed to live in Britain. We have always been clear that we believe our rules are in line with EU law. If the commission decides to begin legal proceedings, we will fight vigorously to ensure that our benefit system is protected from abuse by migrants," said spokesman for the Department for Work and Pensions, as cited by the Guardian.

Peter Lilley, the Conservative MP and former minister in charge of social security at the time when the controversial testing was introduced, said in an interview to the BBC that the legal action by the EU is an attempt “to extend their competence into areas where the treaties say they shouldn't be involved.”

The legal battle in Luxembourg looms at a time when debate over leaving the EU is becoming more and more acute in the UK. Prime Minister Cameron promised that if he is reelected in 2015 a referendum would be held on Britain’s membership in the EU not later than 2017.

This year’s Queen’s Speech earlier in May contained a number of new measures aimed at curbing immigration to the UK, especially from poorer EU nations such as Romania and Bulgaria.

Among those is a six-month restriction to the jobseeker’s allowance, which will apply to all EU nationals unable to prove they are actively seeking employment and have a genuine chance of getting work.
